Antique Tiffany Studios new York Pine Needle bronze match holder and ashtray in excellent condition. Pattern is 958 Often you see discoloration in such pieces from the heat and ash of cigars or cigarettes around the base, but not this one. Really nice! And no cracks in the glass. Please keep in mind that all Tiffany New York pieces — Tiffany Studios (or Tiffany Stvdios as it was once written), Tiffany Furnaces, Tiffany Favrile glass, and antique Tiffany lamps — are about 100-years-old or older and were handmade, so even brand new they often had unique aspect: thickness of glass, bubbles in glass, inconsistent coloring, etc., that add to their diversity and distinctiveness, adding to their value. As such, I always detail any potential issues, and the photos are a very important part of the description.
